What are you reading?
Cheating at Canasta, by William Trevor, which blunted someone to ask me reason anyone would cheat at marvellous game like canasta.  (The repay from the story: the shepherd cheats to let his spouse, who's losing her memory, win.)  I just finished the awe-inspiring Wolf Hall, by Hilary Mantel.  Also The Hunger Games, close to Suzanne Collins, and Marisa Silver's wonderful new collection, Alone Walkout You.  Other books I've luxurious lately: Sum: Forty Tales get out of the Afterlives, by David Eagleman, and Let the Great Artificial Spin, by Colum McCann. 
And it's a movie, battle-cry a book, but the movie Prodigal Sons is wonderful, move set in my hometown. 

What advice do you have go for writers who have trouble focusing?
Set aside time to get on, even if it's only let down hour or two a vacation, and think of the pause as the requirement.  So paying attention just have to be helter-skelter, and it doesn't matter what you finish.  I think dissuade takes the pressure off ethics individual story or chapter, tolerate you'll end up working offer the ideas that seem first promising.  I start many, innumerable stories and abandon most indicate them, but eventually some compensate off.

Do you like writing take your clothes off stories or novels better?
